User.com is a marketing and sales automation system that offers a wide range of tools for managing communications and customer relationships. The platform provides a quick and easy way to integrate the EmailLabs’ infrastructure with User.com to ensure high and secure email deliverability.

How to connect a custom SMTP – Emaillabs with User.com?

• Make sure you have enabled connection to third-party services.
  • Go to Settings > SMTP settings
  • Click “Create new” to open the SMTP settings.

• start filling out the form as follows:

Here’s all SMTP data which should be added:

SMTP server: smtp.emaillabs.net.pl
User: 1.panelname.smtp
Password: your SMTP password set up in the Emaillabs panel (Panel>SMTP accounts>Active accounts>change password)
Email address: email address you are planning to use to send emails from.
Reply-to address: the email address to which responses to emails are redirected to;
Sender Name:  your Sender Name
Port Number: 587 or 465
SSL: works with 465 port
TLS: works with 587 port

After you finished configuring your custom SMTP settings, click “Save changes” and you’re done.
